Foundation Repair Fayetteville NC serves homeowners in Fayetteville, NC, the Gray's Creek area of Cumberland County, and Sanford, Dunn, St. Pauls and Pinehurst. Here is where a problem should go, depending on whether it involves our website or the contractor.

A problem with our website. Maybe a page looks inaccurate, confusing or unfair, or a request you sent went astray. Write to us through the contact form, opening with "About the website," and describe what happened and about when. We read each complaint and follow it up.

A problem with the contractor. The contractor that got your request is a separate company. Its staff, its jobs and its prices are not ours to control. If an estimate, a repair, a warranty or a person's behavior troubles you, go to the contractor first. Set the issue down in writing with dates and photos, and hold on to the contract, every change order and each receipt.

When that does not settle it. Unfair or deceptive business practices are against the law in North Carolina, and that protection reaches homeowners hiring contractors. A complaint about a contractor can be filed with the North Carolina Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. A question about a permit goes to the permit office for the address. Where a job was financed and sold to you at your home, North Carolina law generally lets you back out, by written notice, before midnight on the third business day following signing. Treat this as general information, not legal advice.

Tell us too. Please pass the complaint on to us even when the contractor is the right place for it. A pattern of trouble bears on whether that contractor goes on getting requests from this site.

Nothing in this policy limits a right you hold under North Carolina law, and North Carolina law governs it.
